On the September 15th 2021, the final site training visit was held at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham. Volunteer physiotherapists at the site were taught how to deliver the OPTimisE treatment package for patients in the trial by the Chief Investigator, Marcus Bateman. This followed similar sessions at The Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, Derby, and at PhysioWorks, Sheffield.
